Enchong Dee keeps mum on identity of his special someone
Actor Enchong Dee has admitted to the press that the state of his current love life is “very happy.”
However, he refused to reveal the identity of the person for “privacy” reasons. The only other detail he divulged is that the person in question is also from showbiz and under contract with ABS-CBN.
“Hindi ko pa siya nakakatrabaho pero kilala ko na siya for over a year,” he said, titillating the press even further.
Dee went on to deny that it was Kim Chiu. He also refuted suggestions that it was Erich Gonzales.
Dee was, in fact, only seemingly too eager to put a stop on romantic allusions linking him to the two girls, asking the press to lay low on the topic.
“Kasi, parang nadadawit si Kim, nadadawit si Erich. Parang andaming pangalang nadadawit. Para hindi na rin sila nasasama,” said he to PEP.
“Kumbaga, may sariling buhay sila, e. ‘Wag na natin silang guluhin din. ‘Wag na nilang ihalo yung kay Enchong.”
Dee insisted that he is in no way romantically involved with Chiu, going as far to mention that he actually even helped basketball player Simon Atkins get in touch with the actress—this, after the former expressed his desire to meet Chiu.
As for Gonzales, Dee explained that their romantic partnership doesn’t go beyond the reels.
But wary that his declaration might rub fans of his onscreen tandem with Gonzales the wrong way, Dee quickly segued, “We’re very, very good friends and we support each other whatever it is.”
