Magkaribal Finale Episode airs this Friday
Magkaribal, known as the Philippines’ Hottest Fashion television series, is down to their last 4 episodes.
Magkaribal lead star Gretchen Barretto, who plays the role of determined and ambitious Victoria, revealed that she is not yet ready to say goodbye to Magkaribal. However, abs-cbnnews.com reported that Barretto, together with the entire cast and crew, wrapped up its last shooting day last October 29 but they assure the fans that the 4 remaining episodes will be exciting and fashionable as ever.
Meanwhile, Angel Aquino, who plays the show’s antagonist Vera Cruz, says in her interview with abs-cbnNEWS.com, “I don’t know if there will be a season 2. They said there wouldn’t be. But if there really is a clamor for the continuation of Magkaribal or revival of Magkaribal, why not?”
Started airing last June, Magkaribal is the first ever fashionserye that revolves around the lives of two women in the fashion world who eventually discover that they are sisters. It is a series about love, fashion and family. This series is jam-packed with star-studded cast: Gretchen Barretto as Victoria, Bea Alonzo as Gelai, Angel Aquino as Vera, Derek Ramsay as Louie, Enchong Dee as Caloy, and Erich Gonzales as Chloe. Also, popular fashion designers took support and part in the series such as Frederick Peralta and Rene Salud.
Catch Magkaribal’s finale episode this Friday, November 5 at ABS-CBN, right after Imortal.
