In the love-team crazy world of showbiz, Kim Chiu and Enchong Dee are very much an item these days.
Although associated by the public with their regular partners – Gerald Anderson for Kim, Erich Gonzales for Enchong – one TV commercial has shook things up a bit via a well-staged Christmas kiss that makes suspension of disbelief quite easy and acceptable even to love team fans.
Kim and Enchong’s kissing scene in Coca-Cola’s Christmas TVC is the highlight of the magic-themed campaign.
Surprisingly, even followers of the actors’ individual on screen pairings agree via internet posts that they love the chemistry between the unlikely lovers.
Some fans posted via enchongdeeworld.com: “Admit it, bagay sila (Kim and Enchong).” Others reviewed the commercial with comments: “Like,” and “Super cute nila!”

Hindi ko na nabanggit sa inyo na Ibang klase talaga ang power ng tfc… Hindi lumagpas ang isang raw ko dito sa Paris na walling pinoy na nakakakilala… Nakakalungkot Lang kasi yup Lang yung kasiyahan nil sana mas marami pa kong show na magawa na makapagpapasaya sa kanila para naman sulit yung pagpapakabit ng tfc… Nalaman ko na mahal pala talaga ang pagsubscribe nun… Basta ang shout out ko sa ngayon Paris is great but pinas is my smile:)
Kanina nag pala nakipagdate ako dito sa Paris for my last day… Ok naman masaya tsaka memorable kasi French woman is one of the sexiest alam naman nation yun, they also have the best smiles:) kaya lang medyo mas matanda Lang sya sakin ng konti:) uuuuuy! Interesado!:) haahah! Sige na nga, I went to louvre and my date is leonardo da Vinci’s greatest painting… Monalisa:) heheheh!:)
We also we went to sacre creum kanina, and made my birthday wish already:) heheheh! And then we went home Lang sandali kasi we ate at follet beside hotel ritz… Ibang klase mahala Kung mahal pero wow! Unforgettable food! We ate escargot and bone marrow, and steak:) heheh! Kaya nga hanggang ngayon Hindi pa ko natutulog to avod bangungut… I’ll see some of you when I get back, excited na ako to work uli:)

The Film Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences has revealed the recipients of the special awards that will be given out during the 58th edition of the FAMAS Awards.
This 2010, four young stars from ABS-CBN and four tweens from GMA-7 will be presented with the German Moreno Lifetime Achievement Award.
Perennial screen partners Erich Gonzales and Enchong Dee will share the said award with fellow Star Magic talents Andi Eigenmann and Matteo Guidicelli. Erich and Enchong were recently paired in Star Cinema’s romantic comedy I Do as well as the ABS-CBN primetime show Magkaribal. Meanwhile, Andi and Matteo were osncreen partners for Agua Bendita.
Kapuso stars Barbie Forteza, Joshua Dionisio, Bea Binene and Jhake Vargas will also the recipients of the said award from the FAMAS. All four of them starred in GMA-7′s youth-oriented show First Time. Barbie and Joshua were paired in the local remake of Stairway to Heaven and the primetime soap Pilyang Kerubin while Bea and Jhake were included in the cast of the telefantasya Ilumina.
Celso Ad. Castillo (the director behind Burlesk Queen and Pagputi ng Uwak, Pag-itim ng Tagak) is hailed as the FAMAS Artist For Films.
Ninoy Sofranes will receive the Flavio Macaso Award while sound engineer Albert Michael Idioma will be inducted to the Hall of Fame.
Veteran host German “Kuya Germs” Moreno will receive the Arturo M. Padua Award from the FAMAS.

After her successful lead role in the afternoon series Rosalka, Empress is about to get another big break as she is set to join the Robin Padilla-Bea Alonzo teleserye currently in pre-production. Empress is just thankful that ABS-CBN already has a follow-up project after Rosalka so she will be relaxing before production starts. “Wala pang storyline so hindi pa ako ganun nakakapag ready. Right now gusto ko lang magpatuloy ‘yung growth ko as an actress, makagawa ng iba sa ginawa ko sa Rosalka. Baka may time ako na makapag-work out at mag-diet.”
Empress knows that after her acclaimed performance in Rosalka, she needs to keep up with the much higher expectations from viewers. If ever her new teleserye requires her to be more mature and daring, how far is she willing to go? “Kung napanood niyo ‘yung Rosalka, medyo bata pa ‘yung character ko dun so may pagka playful pa. Ngayon siguro kailangan kakaiba na ‘yung atake. Dapat medyo matured na rin, parang ako sa tunay na buhay. Inaamin ko na kahit 17 pa lang ako madami na rin akong alam na bagay na hindi alam ng ibang ordinaryong ka edad ko. Dapat mag-mature na rin ‘yung pananalita at ‘yung galaw ko. Depende pa rin sa bagong character na ibibigay sa akin,” she answered.

Coca-Cola’s new Christmas campaign includes a television commercial, outdoor, cinema, digital and in-store promotions, led out of Coca-Cola Germany and run by McCann Erickson Madrid.
The TVC titled ‘Snow globe’ will debut in the US on 21 November and the soundtrack ‘Shake-up Christmas’ by San Francisco based rock band Train has already been released online.
In the commercial Santa is shown playing with glass snow globes, which initiates a series of heartwarming events in the ‘real world’.
Coca-Cola Christmas delivery trucks bringing a couple together and a grocery clerk falling into a shopping cart and tumbling home to his family are some of the scenarios that ensue.

Nasa ABS-CBN kami minsan at nakita naming magka-holding hands na naglalakad sa hallway ng network sina Enchong Dee at Erich Gonzales.
Hanggang sa pagbeso sa nakita nilang popular TV and movie personality ay magka-holding hands pa rin ang dalawa.
Nagbitiw lang ng holding hands ang dalawa nang makitang may ilang press people na pagala-gala sa hallway, pero huli na dahil nakita na sila. Hindi na rin sila inusisa ng press kung para saan ang holding hands at baka sabihing inalalayan lang ni Enchong si Erich, eh, walang rason dahil malinis ang hallway.
In fairness, Erich and Enchong make a lovely pair at bagay sila. Sana hindi sila tumulad sa ibang showbiz couple na kitang-kita na ang ebidensiya’y nagde-deny pa rin.
