Enchong Dee says Erich Gonzales and Ejay Falcon are very professional actors
Enchong Dee admits that at first he had no idea on the rift between his Katorse co-stars Erich Gonzales and Ejay Falcon, wherein the latter publicly declared that Erich’s fame is greatly dependent on their team-up. “When they were just starting with Katorse I was still in Maruja (Mars Ravelo’s Nasaan Ka Maruja) so hindi po masyado malinaw sa akin yung mga nangyayari. Nung lately, (solo) presscon naman po niya (Erich) I was in Hong Kong that time tapos hindi ko rin alam nangyayari tapos pagbalik ko nga yun mom ko yung nagsabi sa akin.”
Because both Erich and Ejay are Enchong’s good friends, he remains unbiased when talking about the two. He adds that he admires them how they stay professional despite of the issue. “Ayoko na mag-comment kasi pareho naman sila kaibigan and ‘pag nasa taping very professional naman silang dalawa. You can see naman sa Katorse na when they act they can look at each other in the eye, ‘pag nandun silang dalawa sa eksena, very professional hindi mo sila makikita na may tampuhan. Pero now normal naman na, they’re friendly to each other kung baga kasi antagal na ng issue, e. Yung management na rin yung gumawa ng paraan kasi kung baga mas mabuti na sila na ang mag-handle nun.”
Erich, who’s also present during the interview, admits that Enchong has been a very supportive friend to both of them. “Wala naman pong problema sa kanila, eh, magkaibigan naman po sila, kung ano man po yung sa amin ni Ejay, sa amin na lang po iyon. Lagi siyang (Enchong) nandiyan para sa akin so it is more than enough.”
