Enchong Dee is grateful to everyone who attended his first solo concert, the “DeeTour” which happened on Friday at the Music Museum in Greenhills, San Juan.
While he was making his acknowledgements, the Kapamilya talent admitted having called some of his friends to buy tickets for his concert.
Kaya thank you very much.”
He also thanked everyone from the industry who trusted and gave him the opportunity to fulfill his dream of pursuing a career in music.

Enchong Dee’s self-titled album has reached the platinum status ahead of his upcoming solo concert.
This was announced by executives of Star Music on Sunday after Dee performed a track from the album on “ASAP.”
Star Music representatives said Dee’s album reached platinum three months after it reached gold status.
We sat down with you for this Supreme cover shoot in the midst of you dividing your day between concert rehearsals (a “dance concert” as you are quick to clarify) and preparing for your new Pinoy Big Brother hosting gig. As we looked into your eyes and listened to you speak, all we heard was music. So now, we offer you a mix that you could (or could not) listen to. Think of it as a Spotify playlist inspired by your life — a musical profile with songs that sum up everything that we talked about during our interview.

I respect your preference of sad/upbeat songs over sad/saddest anthems. Sad songs don’t always have to be so sad, you told me, and that “you can still create happy music even though you’re referring to heartbreak or falling in love.” So here, Chaz Bundick — who is part Filipino, since you like Bruno Mars! — harps on a past relationship, its failings and how he’s still in its chokehold. “Now I’m surrounded/By my old things/Thought I had moved on” drums up on this miserable bent but see, you still want to break out on the dance floor. Because sometimes the only thing you have to do to forget is to dance your blues away.
VJ Robi is pretty stoked to have his friend Enchong Dee on board with him as a host for the new season of Pinoy Big Brother! But having experienced how it is to be inside of the PBB house and what it takes to be a host for the show, Robi put himself in Enchong’s shoes and admitted that he feels for Kuya’s “homeboy” and the difficult situation he was put in! Check out what he had to say to his new co-host in the video below!
By his own admission, Enchong Dee was not visible on TV for a year.
But, he emphasized, that did not mean he had no work with ABS-CBN during that time — which was supposedly the reason why he contemplated leaving the network.
Enchong Dee shared that it has always been his dream to have a concert. His dream is set to come true with his DeeTour concert this coming July 3 and 10, 2015.
When it comes to musical influences, Enchong said the he used to listen to boybands like the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC.
The actor-performer shared that he already planned the concert as early as 2011. “I was really hoping na makapag-concert na ako but it didn’t happen until now.” He relayed that most of the concepts and the idea from the concert came from him “Actually siguro naging mayabang din ako ng sobra kasi sa akin lahat nanggaling ‘yun. Sa akin lahat nanggaling ang conceptualization pero I’m asking my musical directors, ‘Sa tingin niyo po ba magiging maganda ‘to o hindi?’ So nagco-collaborate kami with my choreographer, nagtatanong ako. Maybe we could do this by myself so it’s really collaboration but majority talagang piniga ko ‘yung utak ko.”
Enchong Dee admitted that he did not expect that he would abruptly be brought inside the Pinoy Big Brother house last Sunday. “I know na mami-meet ko si kuya ng Sunday but I didn’t know na right after my performance sa ASAP for the promo of my concert don nila ako tatakluban, don nila ako kukunin kaagad. I didn’t know that.
He shared that he was really anxious when he was put inside the PBB house because he still had numerous things to do especially in preparation for his concert this coming July. “I’m kind of worried, di ako pwede mag stay kasi I had to rehearse, I had to do a video shoot, I had to plan pa about the concert so preoccupied ako at then nong pinull-out nila ako tinanggalan nila ako ng privilege na with the outside world kaagad.
Actor Enchong Dee has successfully completed his first task on the reality TV show “Pinoy Big Brother.”
On Monday night, Dee was welcomed inside the famous yellow house as one of the show’s hosts, joining Bianca Gonzales, Robi Domingo and show’s main host Toni Gonzaga.
